[:[00:16:43] Jeff Nesbitt: fine. Um, Colten, do you remember when we worked at the refuge and somebody was towing a boat trailer over the bridge, over the Astoria Bridge and wheels fell off on the bridge and rolled down the Astoria.

[:[00:31:26] you were saying that just now I realize that I've been the exact same person since about seventh grade. Like I used to get up early and have morning coffee in seventh grade watching live with Regis and Kelly on the East Coast feed before school.

[:[00:24:08] There it, if the threat of, uh, screens in general has kind of melded for me with video games, I, I actually video games seem less, less scary than social media and YouTube.

[:[00:25:03] But I deal with that too. I, I am so tempted to just like, say no YouTube, no social media, none of it. Yeah. Like, I'm gonna protect my kids and then I realize like, I don't have that option. Right. Like the world is happening around us, regardless of how much I want to protect them from that stuff. And there, and because there are so many benefits to all of that stuff as well.
